Are you sick of infrequent bowel movements?
Does the hard stool feel like you are pushing out rocks?
Are you tired of excessive straining when going?
Do you hate that sense of incomplete evacuation?
How uncomfortable are you when you can’t pass your gas?
Can you relate to any of those questions?
If so, you are definitely not alone as many people in this world suffer from constipation.
A lot of times constipation is caused by a poor diet…
A diet that lacks sufficient amounts of fiber and not enough water is consumed on a daily basis.
These are dietary things that are in your control unless you are among the unfortunate people that live in the extremely poor parts of the world, which in and of itself is very sad.
Other than that, if you can afford to make groceries, you can purchase fibrous foods and water.
I don’t mean to preach, but I have to tell it like it is, otherwise, I would be doing you a big disservice.
What is constipation?
According to Merriam-webster.com, it means abnormally delayed or infrequent passage of usually dry hardened feces.
How To Get Rid Of Constipation?
In my opinion, I think that the best way to get rid of constipation is to take a more holistic approach…
This is where you combine several elements which involve changing your lifestyle.
If you change things in life such as including more fiber, drinking more water, and exercising you’ll most likely eventually get rid of constipation.
Why?
Because the fiber whether it is a combination of foods and natural supplements, will help you eliminate waste from your body.
The increase in water consumption will help with keeping your feces soft and aid in the passing of it out of your body.
Exercise just plain makes your overall health better including helping with eliminating waste from your body more easily.
Instinctively you know that when you combine just those 3 elements on a daily basis, you’ll have a greater chance of getting rid of constipation and preventing it in the future.
Now of course you’ll want to have your doctor examine you if you have Chronic Constipation so that he or she can see if your condition is more serious.
Serious means a bowel obstruction, which if left untreated could kill you, because your system can become poisoned due to the blockage in your intestines.
So, remember my articles are great guidelines, but there may be times when you have to get a doctor involved.
So please take your digestive health seriously.
